Transitioned most of the site into a wiki. Most changes to the site can now be listed via the "RecentChanges" link available on any page in the wiki.

Added logo.
Updated "News" and "Get Involved".
Removed poster email addresses from "Events" page when viewer is not logged in to avoid posters being added to spam lists generated by web robots.
Improved login functionality for AOL users.

News has been split between what most people think of as news and this change log.
A few more links have been added to the resources page, but there are many more yet to be added.

The March playgroup calendar has been updated. Please note the special Wednesday "playdate" on March 10 for Crazy Hair Day.
Enough votes for a group name were cast to make a decision. Accordingly, the website has been moved to www.sd-fun.org and the welcome page has been updated.

Some security has been implemented. Logging in is now required to see when are where kids are meeting.
Most of Amy's questions have been merged into the survey.
The playgroup schedule is now under a general "Events" heading which also includes a page for non-playgroup events.

The site was big enough to need some cleanup for easier navigation. Most of the longer pages have been broken up and a navigational helper has been added to the top of all the pages.

Amy Pasko has also been organizing a downtown parents' group. The group is having an organizational meeting January 10 at 10:00AM at The Espresso Bar at the corner of Hawthorne and Kettner in Little Italy. We agreed that we should merge our efforts. We hope to see you there!

Enough people have already had the flu that there is interest in getting together again. Playgroup will resume December 30.
A note has been added that playgroup is cancelled for outdoor locations (i.e. anywhere except the library) in case of rain.

Playgroups are being cancelled due to the flu. This playgroup is following the trend. Check back weekly for news of playgroup's return.

Colleen Cochran was at playgroup today. Like a lot of parents who have expressed interest in the group, she is looking for a good babysitter, but she also let us know that she babysits! She can be reached at (619)232-5484. I'm adding this information to a new babysitting web page that is accessible from the "Related Links" section of the main page. If you have any additional recommendations, please let us know.
Text has been added to many of the downtown park descriptions (though they are still incomplete). The Children's Museum Parkhas been added to the "Not Yet Completed" list. Note that the park description for "6th and A" has been updated to indicate that the park is not available to the public.
